If you don't mind, I'd like to tell you a story--my story.
In 2005, I made the decision to turn a lifelong passion of writing into the business of helping others. For more than ten years, I specialized in creating fundraising letters, website copy, and newsletter content for nonprofit organizations throughout the U.S.
In 2015, my writing became refined to freelance ghostwriting and book editing services, including for a small Christian publishing company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
In 2024, I decided, at long last, to return to my very first love: writing fiction. But I knew that pursuing my dream of becoming a novelist in my own right comes with great responsibility. It's not enough to simply tell a good or entertaining story; as Christ's ambassador, it's my responsibility to tell stories that inspire and challenge God's people to not only deepen their personal walks with Christ, but make it their mission to lead others to Him.

Maurice Jones
Maurice Jones is a graphic design professional with over 15 years' experience in print and digital design for book publishing and other paraphernalia. He is also the founder of Quietfire Publishing, a book publishing company specializing in helping self-published authors get their manuscripts into print.
Maurice has designed for the award-winning Philadelphia Tribune newspaper and has managed projects for companies such as The Foundation for Financial Fitness, Inc., Transforming Life CC, ANU Publishing, Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Amez Publishing, The University of Pennsylvania Hospital, DPA Psychological Association, and FIS Group.
